Golden Valley Ranch

The City of Santa Clarita acquired this open space parcel through a dedication by Pardee Homes to the City, as part of their Fair Oaks development located in unincorporated Los Angeles County. The 264-acre parcel borders the Fair Oaks Ranch subdivision, Disney's Golden Oak Ranch, and the Placerita Canyon State Park. It will be considered an addition to the Golden Valley acreage, bringing that total parcel up to 1,184 acres of preserved open space.

Golden Valley ranch is located along the 14 Freeway between the Via Princessa and Golden Valley Road off ramps.

Directions

GVR Open Space is approximately 1 mile west of Sand Canyon and Placerita Canyon Road intersection. On the north side of the street there's a gate. Parking is along the road.
